Support Return
Policy: Returns are often subject to
the limitations placed on us by our factory suppliers. We will never
reject a request for a return (on the basis of time elapsed) if we issue a
return authorization number (RA#) within 30 days of the invoice. Except
for defective products, we grant credit for returns only if the product and
packaging are in resalable conditions. The
cost to return a defective product will normally be only the return
freight charge. If the return is the result of our error, we will issue a
"call tag" (and Aspen will pay for the return freight). Returns
on special order items are subject to our factory supplier's restock fees (if
any). Any shipping errors should be
reported to Aspen's customer service department immediately upon receipt of
product.
